Harriet Denning-Kemp
Principal Occupational Therapist & Allied Health Leader
Harriet is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Allied Health leader with a genuine passion for enabling people to live meaningful, independent lives. She brings a broad clinical background across acute, sub-acute, outpatient, and community settings in both public and private sectors — always with the person at the centre of care.
Since the NDIS rollout in 2019, Harriet has worked alongside individuals with complex support needs, helping them access high-quality, evidence-based services that make a real difference to their everyday lives. Her clinical experience spans neurological conditions, palliative care, aged care, and acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, with advanced capability in assistive technology prescription, complex seating and 24-hour positioning, and home modifications. She holds higher-level accreditation in seating and postural management from New Zealand.
As Principal OT, Harriet is deeply committed to building a team where clinicians feel supported, confident, and empowered to do their best work. She brings a leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and a genuine investment in the growth of emerging clinicians — because she believes strong teams create exceptional outcomes for the people they serve.
